Its Amazing that God puts us in a situation where we can be the best of who we are.Thank you lord for the chance of being an instrument for others that somehow we are able to made their day.
Maundy Thursday morning of April I started my day with my dog.as I walk along my village I saw 4 street children with their sacks full of empty plastic bottles which they have to sell in order to buy food to eat.I ask where they came from and they told me from a nearby village.The three of them are siblings together with one friend.They told me that their parents died and that they have to work in order to survive..the only girl in the group ask me money to buy cooked rice caused they are already hungry.Immediately I told them to wait for me, and so I went back to my apartment to get my pocket, I also give them a bar of chocolate from the fridge.A simple "thank you ate"with a sweet smile on their faces made my day complete.I joined them to buy food for their breakfast.They are very thankful that at least they can go on with their task without a cracked on the stomach.A simple experience like this makes me realized that I encounter God through those children and that I have to work harder to help more people and be a blessing for others specially those who are less fortunate.
